Return Policy

All returned items must conform to our return policy.

• You must request a notification of return within 72 hours of receiving your Linda Golden purchase or gift.
• Upon receiving your item, please inspect thoroughly for any damage.
• All items must be returned with original tags and packaging.
• Returned items will be refunded excluding the cost of shipping.
• Returned items can receive a Linda Golden store credit good for six months from date of issuance.
• Sale items, jewelry and hats are not returnable.
• Returned items must be received by the store no later than seven days of customer receipt of package.
• International sales are FINAL SALE.
